Where do you ship? 

We ship everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

 

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer UPS or USPS shipping. UPS is preferred, with 2-day or next day shipping options available.

 

Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?

We offer a live arrival guarantee on next day shipping orders only. Please notify us via email as soon as possible.

 

Do I need to be home to receive my plants?

While it is not required to be home when the plants arrive, we recommend being present to promptly remove your plant from extreme weather conditions.

 

What are the shipping rates?

FIRST PLANT:

UPS 2-Day (Standard): $25+

UPS Next Day (Standard): $45+

USPS Priority (Standard): $15+

ADDITIONAL PLANTS: $2 each

This is to cover the extra packing materials and time preparing plants.

EXTRAS:

Heat Pack: $5

Winter Insulation: $5

Cold Pack: $5

 

When do you ship orders?

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays of the following week from the date of your order.
