Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order to report any damage or issues with the plants and or items purchased.

For orders with next day arrival, we guarantee live arrival; however you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to receive a refund or replacement.

Customers are responsible for monitoring extreme temperatures (hot or cold) in their area to ensure the safe delivery of plants. Please purchase heat packs, cold packs, and/or insulation if necessary. We are not liable for heat and/or cold damage. 

Please note that plants may experience stress during shipping and may drop yellow leaves. This is a common occurrence, and we recommend faster shipping options to minimize stress on the plants. 

We reserve the right to review and approve all return requests based on the above policies. 

Should you chose to return a plant due to change of mind please see restocking fee below:


A 25% restocking fee will be applied if you choose to return a plant (unless agreed upon by us prior to returning).

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

 

If the plant arrives damaged and requires rehabilitation, we reserve the right to charge an increased restocking fee, up to 60%.

In the event that the plant is returned to us severely damaged and/or dead, no refund will be issued.
